Khaeorr is considered "extreme" when sages measure the sentient levels of other worlds.
From tomes of dimensional lore to entries of interplane populations, most say Khaeorr is rampant with thinking beings.
With the usual staple of manifest humanoids multi-world travelers would know, the world is also alive and thriving with walking talking thinking items, devices, armors, golems, clouds, mountains, etc, so much so, that entire nations of each, with borders treaties and political power are well established.
Still, humanoids are where most thinkers are found, and is where most sagas find themselves centered around.
This then, is the area to explore and find what form of life your heroes take.

Yet with unknown allowance, newly appeared once Aellvitaar elders approved its ritual.

Notes -
Some exist due to long-term or extreme exposure to Phaeuuzic energies, especially the pure Fantaeorran races more powerful entities of them that find themselves morally shifted.
Some exist as an unusual beeding from individuals in special circumstances.
Some are from full fledged races that came about from special circumstances, and may have come from whole settlements or nations of thier kind.
Some of the more unlikely pairing with human and monsters are from monsters who were under polymorph effects or the like.
